My lovely mum passed away quite suddenly at the start of the pandemic. A lasting memory of Mum, is how much she loved her jewellery. I had so many pieces and not enough days in the week to wear them all! I kept looking at them and wearing a few then putting them away again. This behaviour went of for the best part of 2 years.

Once I felt emotionally ready I got in touch with Fenella and made an appointment to see her and take all the pieces of mums jewellery.

On the day of the visit Fenella was extremely empathetic and I quickly felt able to trust her and be guided by her.

Fenella used her knowledge to guide me and even made some quick designs whilst in the consultation.

We told Fenella the story of the 'Lucky ring' mum had lost this a few years before and was terribly upset by this. On clearing out her house we were emptying the loft and the lucky ring fell out of her handbag and landed infront of us. For me it was important to incorporate the 'Lucky ring' into the finished piece.

My husband wanted to get me a meaningful 50th Birthday present and we worked with Fenella to create this meaningful, Memory ring. Fenella kept me updated of the progress of the new ring with regular updates, ensuring that the deadline was met.

We went to collect the ring recently and it was perfect in every way, I just have to wait a few more weeks until my 50th Birthday and then i can wear it and show it off and tell the Story. Thank you Fenella I wouldn't hesitate on recommending you. Helen
