I've had my Vintage 7 stone diamond cluster ring for over 25 years and it was preloved when I purchased it. The ring was never off my finger and had taken a beating over the years. The ring was no longer fit for purpose as one diamond had come out and settings too thin. I knew I wanted it to be repaired by someone I could trust and give me the best advice. Fenella recommended re making the ring in platinum as she said it would outlive me, rather than in the original 18ct white gold as platinum is a much whiter metal and doesn't require plating. She sent mock up design so I could view how the ring would look finished and reassured me it would be the same height. She also recommended that the ring be wed fit so that the wedding ring would sit correctly up against the engagement ring with no gaps. She let me try on another ring to demonstrate this which made perfect sense. I collected the ring before Christmas as promised, I love the weight of the new ring, feels like quality and now the ring will outlive me! I honestly cant stop looking at it, its never looked so good! I am so glad Fenella did this for me.
