From my initial enquiry your service has been very personal. You treated my heirloom piece with great respect, took time to listen to my story and my ideas for its transformation.

I have never had jewellery designed before and so I really appreciated you educating me as to the possible options. I found it helpful to see other designs before making the choice. The high quality CAD images of my design made it easier for me to visualise the finished pieces and the specifics of any changes required.
